My name is Sharif Kamal, and I am the Sales Director at Care Nexus. I oversee the nursing and care home (establishment) side of the business, while also supporting the domiciliary care division to strengthen service delivery and growth. I work closely with clients, partners, and internal teams to develop strong working relationships and ensure we are meeting service demands effectively. My focus is on driving sustainable business growth while maintaining high standards of care and service quality across all areas of the organisation.
