On-Call Care Coordinator

I work as an On-Call Coordinator at Care Nexus, providing weekend support to ensure our care services run smoothly and that the people we support receive the care they need. Over the past three years, I’ve built experience in healthcare management and administration, developing strong skills in coordination, communication, and problem-solving. What I enjoy most about my role is working with different teams to overcome challenges and make a positive difference in people’s daily lives. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, playing sports, reading books, and staying active.
