My name is Muhammad W Nabi, and I am the Deputy Care Coordinator at Care Nexus. I support the day-to-day coordination of care services, assist with staff scheduling, and help ensure our care teams have the resources they need to deliver outstanding support. I take pride in contributing to a responsive, well-organised service that puts the needs, wellbeing, and dignity of every service user first.
