Lucritia Jones 

Head of Service (Registered Care Manager)

I have over 27 years’ experience in care, including 13 years as a Registered Manager for domiciliary care. I love getting to know customers – hearing their life stories and favourite memories – and my priority is supporting them to live as independently as possible at home. I hold the Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care. Away from work, I enjoy time with my family: making new memories and sharing funny stories from years gone by.
