Hi, I'm Rakib Karim, Head of HR Operations at Care Nexus Limited. I have an MBA and over 25 years of experience across HR and Business Strategy, supporting organisations to build strong, reliable and high-performing teams. My role focuses on recruitment, compliance, employee relations and supporting the growth of our workforce. What I enjoy most is helping people develop, building a positive workplace culture, and knowing that a strong, supported team makes a real difference to the quality of care our clients receive. I believe in combining strategic thinking with a practical, people-first approach to create an environment where colleagues feel valued and can do their best work every day.
