I am a Care Coordinator at Care Nexus, where I coordinate care services and ensure clients receive the right support at the right time. I have experience working with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, person-centred care. I enjoy building positive relationships and helping people access the care they need to improve their wellbeing. My areas of expertise include care coordination, care planning, effective communication, and collaborative working. Outside of work, I enjoy watching movies, spending time with family and friends, and exploring new places.
