Field Care Supervisor

I began my journey as a carer, where I learned the true meaning of compassion, patience, and dedication by supporting people through some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives. Today, I am proud to have progressed to the role of Field Care Supervisor, where I use my experience to ensure clients receive high-quality, person-centred care. I work closely with clients to develop and review individual care plans, carry out monthly reviews, and act as their advocate within the agency, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are met.
